We believe in sourcing as many of our products via local farmers, ranchers and producers. Items we source are sold in our retail store in Hudson, WI, to our many wholesale clients and via our website. Steve enjoys working with the farmers as well as the processors to develop better cutting skills and is proficient when processing venison and elk and currently has a cutting manual that is gauranteed to improve yields for those farmers and ranchers. He also works hand in hand with local chefs to develop and maintain on going products lines for menus and specials.
