We have a Registered Alpine Dairy Goat Farm from which we make Ricotta Cheese. AIl of our products are produced in a "NATURAL" manner. In our commercial kitchen we produce products from our Ricotta Cheese which include Manicotti, Giant Pierogi, Broccoli Cheese Crepes, Blintzes, Lasagna (meat, marinara, and vegetable), Cheese Cake and Fudge. We also have Pork, Beef, Veal and Lamb which are also raised in a "NATURAL" manner on our farm. We have specialty items such as Scalloppini, Brascolle, Seasoned Veal Patties, Veal Parmesan and Kielbasa. We sell at several local Farmers Markets and welcome inquiries from restaurants. We also sell directly from our store located on our farm. We are open year round. Please call for an appointment or store hours. We have Registered Stock for sale and offer Breeding and Boarding.
