We are dedicated to raising 100% GRASS FED & GRASS FINISHED ONLY, naturally raised beef in a calm & low stress environment. Our herd is strongly influenced with UC Davis purebred Angus Genetics & the mother cows are bred to REGISTERED ANGUS bulls. We are Lifetime members of the AMERICAN ANGUS ASSOCIATION. Our MISSION is very simply to provide our customers the best and highest quality USDA INPECTED "GRASS FED & GRASS FINISHED ONLY" Angus Beef! We guarantee NEVER to use any type of added growth HORMONES, PESTICIDES, STERIODS, or ANTIBIOTICS! Preservatives, dyes or fillers are NEVER used during the processing and packaging at the USDA plant. (LW) Whole beef as an example... *A WHOLE BEEF will yield approx. 355lbs of finished hand boned, cut & vacuum sealed, frozen custom cuts. * HALF BEEF will yield approx. 177.50 lbs. of finished hand boned, cut & vacuum sealed, frozen custom cuts. *QUARTER BEEF will yield approx. 89 lbs. of finished hand boned, cut & vacuum sealed, frozen custom cuts.
