Indoor farmers' market. Over 15 vendors participate offering seasonal field-fresh or cold-stored fruits and vegetables; hoop house and hydroponic salad greens, herbs and shitake mushrooms; local eggs and pasture fed beef, bison and lamb; artisanal breads; pies, cider doughnuts and baked goods; gluten free baked goods and granola; jams, jellies, chutney, sauces and hot sauce made from local ingredients; locally made artisanal chocolates; award winning goat and cow cheese; honey; maple syrup; balsamic vinegar, olive and grape seed oils; and goatmilk soaps.
