On the Isle of Butte, located on the western edge of the rugged Scottish coast, is a centuries-old farm where McFadden Family members once lived before they immigrated to the United States in the early 19th century.
To honor the hearty heritage of these and all Family ancestors, we combined the Valencia oranges of California, where McFadden's have now lived for 150 years, with rough grated ginger to make a flavorful award winning jam which would have been greatly enjoyed by the hard working farmers of the past as they sat down to a breakfast of fresh baked bread and cheese.
