Our "farm" is our back yard. Little Village is an urban farm, with too many eggs. Delicious eggs, from heritage breed, free-ranging, much pampered hens.
Hens are fed MOSE certified organic feed, gourmet kitchen and (in season) garden scraps, and a little bit of kelp supplement. Homeopathic medicines are ready and waiting for hens in trouble, but we've never had any trouble.
Eggs are $4 a dozen.
Coming in the fall of 2010: farm dressed and pasture finished heritage breed rabbits.
