We are a cooperative of local growers who are working together to increase the local food economy in southern and central Indiana. We run the Bloomington Winter Market (January - March) and help growers find new markets for food. We also publish an annual "Local Growers Guide" with information about area farms, CSAs, farmers' markets, and retail establishments that sell local food.
Why do growers join the Local Growers Guild? We offer a support network for our growers, connecting them with each other, with retailers, and with upcoming sales opportunities. We also can help growers with marketing, creating a website, learning about how to produce value-added products for resale, and where to get additional training. M
