WREN, the Rural Entrepreneurial Network is operating outdoor marketplaces in two locations - our popular Saturday market in Bethlehem from 10 am - 2 pm and a Thursday evening market that takes place at 52 Main Street in Berlin from 3 pm - 7 pm. Vendors and WREN members who register to participate in one market will automatically be able to take part in the other at no extra cost.
Local Works Berlin, New Hampshire Farmers Market and Outdoor Marketplace getting our community to "think local and buy local". Standard Market dates begin July 1st through September 16th. Special Harvest (Oct.), Holiday (Dec.) and Spring (June) Markets are often scheduled. Some vednors accept SNAP, WIC and EBT benefits.
A very busy market with anywhere from 25 to 45 vendors up and down a closed off street accessible from Main Street and Pleasant Street in Berlin, NH, rain or shine. All products are generated by the vendor within 100 miles.
Local Works Farmers Market and Outdoor Marketplace To expand the market access that we offer beyond our retail store, and to initiate the process of getting our community to "think local and buy local." This is an ideal launching pad for beginning entrepreneurs to get visibility, publicity and to start growing their customer bases. To participate vendors must be WREN members and then pay 5% at the end of the market which pays for advertising, live music and the EBT/Food Stamp machine.

The very popular Local Market returned this winter with one more scheduled market day for 2010 in December. Last weekend, I was able to find delicious potatoes, onions, and beets to go with my wonderful locally grown steak! I was able to enjoy a gluten free carrot cake, my favorite treat!
