Loom Hall Farm in Clay County, Indiana, is the home to our flock of beautiful Shetland sheep and old-fashioned, dual-purpose chickens. Our sheep provide us with soft, naturally-colored wool fleece and roving for handspinning and for felt-making. We also produce gorgeous custom handspun and commercially processed yarns for weavers, knitters, and fiber artists; and our happy, free-range hens provide country fresh brown eggs for those who appreciate healthy food and real-tasting, flavorful eggs. Our livestock are raised in a healthy, grass-fed environment, on our century-old farmstead, where we strive to harvest our products in harmony with nature. Farm tours are welcomed; call in advance to arrange a tour for your group or class. We sell wool, roving and yarn at the farm or through mail-order, and are available for demonstrations of spinning, weaving and felt-making.
