Our History

We took the Stateline Farm Beginnings course through Angelic Organics Learning Center in 2009 and graduated in 2010.

Our farm started on a 200' x 80' field at a fellow CRAFT/SFB (Stateline Farm Beginnings) graduate's farm during 2010. We attended one farmers market in our first season. We have a history of volunteering at Prairie Crossing Learning Farm (2009-2011) and have worked on three other local organic farms in the Chicagoland area over the past three years, two of those farms included CSAs and two utilized farmers markets as selling venues.

During the winter of 2010-2011, we took a CSA Planning course through Michael Fields Agricultural Institute and learned many valuable things from other farmers about running a successful CSA.
