We love old irises and this is the oldest we have on the farm. Loreley are an antique iris that we began cultivating a few years ago. This year is the 100th anniversary of their introduction by G & K in 1909. They are a soft canary yellow with flecked raisin purple falls. The beard is yellow. They are a very hardy cultivar and spread well. They offer a sweet scent and a colorful focal point in the garden. They are a tall bearded iris, and grow to about 30 inches.
This is another easy care iris and has been grown with out the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. Each order will contain rhizomes, fans and planting instructions.
