Bruce and Debbie Salisbury are the owners and operators of a 51 acre hilltop farm in the middle of the Missouri Ozarks.
We are a farmstead producer of Full Cream , All Jersey, Cheddar Cheese Curds. Presently milking 44 brown eyed beauties in a double 4 herringbone parlor twice a day.
We sell our cheese on farm and many of the fine retail stores in SW Missouri. We are always open and welcome tours and samples on farm.
