We have been farming organically on various farms across the United States since 1993. We have recently moved to an organic farm in central New York, Fingerlakes region. We are still scoping out what kind of farming we will do here. In the past, we have had a truck garden and beef, dairy and cheesemaking operations. To get started, we have purchased a flock of ewes with their lambs from an Amish farmer near Lake Ontario. Our intention is to cross the ewes with a dairy ram to start a sheep dairy. For now, we have the lambs for sale from this year's lambing season. They are Dorsett/Finn-Southdown crosses. Please call for availability.
