Chunk Honey, which is simply a chunk of honeycomb in a jar of honey, is one of those items that is pretty hard to find on grocery store shelves. We use a generous portion of honeycomb cut from our honey frames and fill the jar with pure, unheated Louisiana Wildflower Honey.
Our chunk honey is packaged in wide-mouth glass pint containers. We can ship these glass containers to you, however we cannot be responsible for broken containers, however we take extra care and wrap them in bubble wrap and pack them in packing pellets.
Try a small piece of honeycomb and a heaping spoonfull of Louisiana Wildflower Honey on some fresh, hot, buttered buttermilk biscuts this Saturday morning at breakfast.
