We grow fresh vegetables, medicinal and culinary herbs in season, and greens year-around, grown without the use of chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, nor fungicides. We believe the healthiest food is grown this way in rich soil, supplemented with trace minerals. We also raise ducks for eggs (duck eggs are very rich!), and heritage-breed turkeys. We keep a family milk cow and a few sheep. We have available grass-fed beef and lamb, and duck eggs. We bake Natural-Leavened Organic, Michigan-grown spelt breads as well.
Also on the menu are naturally cultured veggies & sauerkraut such as asparagus, carrots, cabbage, beans, & kimchi. Packed full of flavor & health benefits.
We also make homemade, natural skin care products, herbal salves, and lip balms, focusing on the use of pure essential Oils to enhance the medicinal qualities of these products.
