We use the fresh blueberries from the Mennonites and crush them. We use the whole fruit and crush them, leaving some berries whole. Then, we mix it with a special pectin that allows us to use less sugar. This jam is very basic. It only contains blueberries, sugar and pectin. If you order by DECEMBER 20, we will ship priority mail on the 21st so it arrives in time for Christmas.
