We produce high quality Heritage pork from our GOSA Registered Herd of Gloucestershire Old Spots. We use a combination pasture, hay and grain, with no antibiotics or steroids, to raise our Old Spots. GOS have proper marbling, and a deeper red color in their meat compared to commercial hogs. We have pigs and hogs available year round in whole or 1/2 hogs, also Cottage Pigs or (roasters), and Suckling Pigs upon request. Delivered to a local meat processor or you can pick them up live at the farm. We also sell breeding quality Registered GOS pig,

The biggest single factor in the regeneration of the GOS breed has been the increasing awareness of the eating qualities of its produce and the growing niche market as a result. (more...)
