Luddite Farm

Located in the heart of Sand Valley, the good earth here provides suitable growing conditions for several varieties of heirloom garlic, herbs, vegetables, mushrooms and pastured lamb.

Luddite refers to Ned Ludd, an early 1800's british anti-industrialist who's followers destroyed factory machinery because they saw it as a threat to human inputs, and their jobs... and an end to fine craftsmanship.... More than the machinery itself, the "luddites" were opposed to the larger "machine", the factory mentality, and embraced simplicity.

viva la renaissance.
