Luna Farm is a five acre farm with four and a half acres in vegetable production; which embodies the ideals of Community Supported Agriculture. Community members may buy a share of the farm's produce and in return receive fresh vegetables weekly from Mid-June to October. Luna Farms also sells weekly into a local Co-op. The mission of Luna Farm is to provide the community with fresh produce grown using sustainable and organic techniques and provide a holistic approach to food security and access. Luna Farm offers vegetable and fruit CSA shares, in addition to hosting a weekly farmers market in North Reading on Thursday evenings. Currently, we are sold out of Vegetable Shares for the 2011 season, but are still offering fruit shares and pre-purchased farmers market 'bucks' (a variation of the CSA model that offers a bit more choice from week to week)
