We grow sustainably and work to improve the soil. We rotate our crops and leave some fields fallow to provide habitat for beneficial insects and to improve the soil. We feed the soil not the plants. The healthy soil allows the plants to take up all the nutrients they need to be high quality with the most vitamins and minerals possible.
