Their vision is straightforward: combine excellent personalized service, sustainable foods sourced from wholesome ranchers and local farmers with the knowledge of highly trained chefs to produce a culinary company that is unlike any in the County and that helps support the community - one person at a time. Most of our ingredients are chosen from within a 300 mile radius of our kitchen in beautiful Ventura, California. Robert's lifelong passion for good food and wine eventually motivated him to start Main Course California with Rachel Main.
We produce & feature the tastiest foods possible. We are committed to providing affordable, healthy, and as much as possible sustainable & local foods. We strive to source most of our foods from California farmers, ranchers, and artisans - that's the "California" in Main Course California.

I go to Main Course California for the free range beef and chicken. The beef they serve there is also grass fed and grass finished. They serve a wide variety of dishes there which are always changing, so you never get bored!
