This beef package includes 4 lbs of ground beef, 4 lbs of meaty bones, and 2 pounds of beef liver. All beef is from our grass fed stock which have never been treated with hormones or antibiotics.
Our farm is located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Nestled between the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains our livestock are grown completely on grass without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
Our farming philosophy goes beyond just the livestock we grow as we are members of the Conservation Reserve Enrichment Program. Through this program we keep stock out of waterways not only to better our water quality on the farm and in local streams and rivers but also to provide wildlife habitat. Our goal to to provide consumers with a wonderful product while at the same time bettering the environment.
All JMD Farm products are produced naturally without the use of hormones, antibiotics or synthetic chemicals.
