Swiss'er Sweet Maple is nestled in the North Country woods of Lewis County, NY at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. We are a family owned and operated business. Even today you can still find four generations working together in our shanty to produce one of the finest Maple Syrup in New York state. Swiss'er Sweet Maple produces Grade A light amber, medium amber, and dark amber maple syrup using a mixture of old and new sugaring methods.
Our delicious syrup is canned in delectable glass bottles, robust plastic jugs, and in old-fashioned tins of various styles and sizes. Also available are Maple sugar, cream and candies!
