We are currently cooking Maple syrup. We only have Grade A syrup. We collect the sap, cook , filter and bottle syrup daily. We are a small farm with a limited quantity of syrup. We have 300 taps this year doubling what we tapped last year. Our woods are located in the heart of Harbor Country.
We border the last Climax Forest in Lower Michigan, Warren Woods State Park and some of our trees are hundreds of years old. We do allow you to see the process it takes to make Maple Syrup.
We also answer any questions you may have, like did you know it takes 45-65 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup? Even Though we are not Certified Organic our woods are not treated with anything but Mother Natures natural water and fertilizers giving us the best tasting syrup you can get.
