Our Sweet Marjoram or Knotted Marjoram as it is sometimes called, is grown naturally, without chemical pesticides or herbicides.
Marjoram is used in sausages, lamb, beef, pork, chicken, fish, tomato dishes, stuffing, breads, salad dressings and chowders. Marjoram is used in Italian, French, North African, Middle Eastern, and American cuisines and in spice blends such as bouquet garni, fines herbes, and sausage and pickle blends.
Fresh picked and air dried, our marjoram is packaged as a 1/2 oz. (13 grams) portion in a resealable plastic bag. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Buy additional quantities of this or our other dried herbs and pay one low combined shipping fee.
WE ARE GREEN! Our herbs are naturally grown from division or cuttings from our gardens. No chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers are ever used.
We sell live herbs as plants or rootstock with developed, healthy root systems. Plants have tops cut back to 2"-3" of topgrowth prior to shipping to avoid damage in transit.
