My husband and I have retired, however we still do some catering. My son is taking over the business in Omaha part time, and when he retires will open a restaurant. We use to cater just vegetarian but are now open to whatever the customer wishes. We love doing weddings but a party of 500 has just become a bit much for us as we are past our mid 60's now but still doing some catering. We love spring, we can hardly wait to dig our hands into the earth and feel the energy in the dirt...now that is a true "oneness" with our Creator that makes it all so worthwhile and brings us to a place of what I call "Blessing the Universe, and each and every farmer".
