One of the finest southern jellies in mayhaw jelly. It is produced using the juice from mayhaw (Crataegus opaca) berries, a natural digitalis, it is claimed. Mayhaw is a hawthorne family tree native to the southern and southeastern United States. In the wild, mayhaws usually grow in low, wet, slightly acid areas: however, mayhaws produce best when grown on good upland soils in full sun. Warner Farms has a 20 acre mayhaw orchard. Honeybee colonies in the fields pollinate the flowers to produce the mayhaw fruit. Mayhaw products are a truly unique to the southern locale.

Our products top many people's list of favorite jelly and syrups They are prepared in our state approved commercial kitchen through out the year.

Our farm, located in rural Warnerton, Louisiana, has been in the Warner family since 1820. No insecticides were used on the mayhaw flowers or fruit. We take pride in our products.

Ann Warner, a creative southern cook, is always experimenting with recipes using the mayhaw and blueberry products from the family farm. She will share recipes on request for her cakes, salad dressings, and desserts.

We produce mayhaw jelly and mayhaw syrup and blueberry jam and blueberry syrup.
