Meadowlark Farm uses organic methods to raise free-range laying hens , meat chickens, and lamb. We sell our eggs, poultry, and lamb at the Capital City Public Market in Boise. Lamb is sold by the cut. Sorry, no wholes or halves available. We also sell specialty lamb sausages: merguez, lamb & apple, chorizo and occasionally experimental ones like lamb with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Come visit us at the market: the corner of 8th and Idaho. We're there almost every Saturday during the market season.
