Meadowlark Farm is a small, family owned & operated farm in the heart of Corrales, NM. We grow produce and fruit for sale at growers markets in our area. We use no chemicals or pesticides and do all of our own composting for fertilizer and soil amendments. Our greenhouse produces a delicious variety of fresh greens thru the winter months, and bedding plants in spring. Heirloom varieties are our favorites, and we grow many heirloom tomatoes, squash, pumpkin, eggplant, beans, carrots, herbs, melon, and salad greens. We also sell a few dozen eggs per week, as we have 11 hens that keep us laughing on a daily basis. Our young orchard is just beginning to produce fresh fruit: apples, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, plums, peaches, apricots, and grapes.
