Local Growers Guild

We are a cooperative of local growers who are working together to increase the local food economy in southern and central Indiana. We run the Bloomington Winter Market (January - March) and help growers find new markets for food. This year we will be publishing a "Local Growers Guide" with information about area farms, CSAs, farmers' markets, and retail establishments that sell local food.

Why do growers join the Local Growers Guild? We offer a support network for our growers, connecting them with each other, with retailers, and with upcoming sales opportunities. We also can help growers with marketing, creating a website, learning about how to produce value-added products for resale, and where to get additional training. (more...)
