We are local manufacturer and distributor of fresh salsas and bruschetta topping. Our production facility is located in Poughkeepsie, NY. In season, we seek to use as much local produce including tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro and basil that local farmers can supply. In the past, we are fortunate to have worked with Wallkill View Farm (New Paltz, NY), RO Davenport & Son ( Kingston, NY) and Penning's Farm (Warwick, NY). We were selected “Best Salsa” in the Hudson Valley in 2007 and the "Best Overall New Product" at the New York Restaurant Food Service Show in 2000. .

These items are all natural, Kosher and made fresh with no preservatives. We serve retail, food service and institional accounts in the NY/NJ/CT area Only a select group of quality locations have been hand picked to carry our products.
