Slow Food Santa Cruz Convivium II started in 2002. We savor epicurean delights, enjoy fine food, wine tasting, and culinary classes, regional gourmet specialties and we support local "heirloom" crops. Santa Cruz is an unusual area, in which sophisticated food lovers live near some of the finest food and wine-producing areas in the world. We are working to support the enjoyment of this rich environment by putting local small food producers together with sophisticated consumers. We help our members and friends to locate the freshest, finest foods available, outside traditional marketing channels and we help producers to find a market.
