We have two acres in production at this time. We have 1/2 acre of lavender, which we will sell by the bundle in July. We also have 7 bee hives, and in the fall, will have a specialty--- Lavender Honey, wonderful for salad dressings, marinades, etc.
In addition we have one acre in production of vegetables, berries, and flowers. We will be selling at the Louisiana Farmer's Market on Saturdays, starting on May 15th. Should have spinach/lettuce by the 1st of April. Asparagras will come in by the end of April, Louisiana Farmers Market will start sometime in May. Contact me at home for fresh greens.
