Here in Millville at the foot of Mount Shasta, the country is clean and wholesome. And that's the key to our products, good wholesome ingredients. We take the freshest local ingredients, bake ‘em quick with our old family recipes, and ship direct to you. We don't add preservatives to our baked goods and we don’t freeze them. In fact, we don’t bake until you place an order, so you‘re getting the freshest gourmet baked goods.
Our products were originally created to give as Christmas gifts. We later baked them on a much larger scale. The baked goods were then sold to raise funds for a local Catholic Church and a longtime friend serving as a Maryknoll priest in Boliva.
