Farm raised natural pork from old line Yorkshire, Duroc and Landrace crosess bred for meat quality and taste. Feed is manufactured on site to insure no antibiotics, growth promotants or animal proteins are fed to our pigs. Pork is available year round. Our pigs weigh approximately 240 pounds at processing with a 70% dressed weight. Halves will weigh around 80 lbs and whole around 160 lbs. Price is based on carcass weight at $3.20 per pound including processing and tax. Orders may be picked up or shipped. A $50.00 deposit is required for halves and $100.00 for whole at time of ordering. Raised on sunshine, grass and grain. No drugs, hormone or animal by products. Sows farrow in individual housesduring winter months and in pastures during the summer.
