Mill-King Market

Welcome to our old fashioned market, Mill-King Market. We are the Millers, and we are located in central Texas outside of Waco. We are a family run farm that has been in operation for three generations. Grandpa Miller began milking cows around the second world war and the tradition has continued through his grandson, Craig.

We have a combination of handpicked Holsteins, Brown Swiss, and Jerseys that make up our certified grade A raw milk. This produces a milk that is rich with cream, but also smooth for drinking. We graze our herd as much as possible, but do have to supplement with grain when necessary to keep all of our cows healthy and producing quality milk. We raise all of our cows here on our farm from birth, and we also raise chickens and our own farm raised beef. (more...)
