Millsap Farm is a diversified family run farm focused on sustainable agriculture. We have a greenhouse where we use organic practices to raise bedding plants and flowers. We also naturally raise a variety of vegetables, among which are spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, beets, jerusalem artichokes, brussel sprouts, onions, elephant garlic, herbs, peas, green beans, tomatillos, melons, broccoli, squash, zucchini, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and much more. We sell directly from the farm, at local organic grocery stores, The Greater Springfield Farmers Market, and our CSA. Curtis Millsap is the primary farmer, but we also host a constantly changing cast of Apprentices, Interns, WWOOFer's, and volunteers.

Millsap Farm is working toward supporting the community and out family through connecting people to the farm and running a CSA. We continue to diversify and try different aspects of farming. We are encouraged by others in the area that are doing the same and would like to encourage others to get involved. Come out and "Get to Know Your Farmer, and learn to farm"
