Millsap Farm is a diversified family run farm focused on sustainable agriculture. We have a greenhouse where we use organic practices to raise bedding plants and flowers. We also naturally raise a variety of vegetables, among which are spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, beets, jerusalem artichokes, brussel sprouts, onions, elephant garlic, herbs, peas, green beans, tomatillos, melons, broccoli, squash, zucchini, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and much more. We sell directly from the farm, at local organic grocery stores, The Greater Springfield Farmers Market, and our CSA. Curtis Millsap is the primary farmer, but we also host a constantly changing cast of Apprentices, Interns, WWOOFer's, and volunteers. (more...)
