Millsap Farm CSA and Produce

Millsap Farm is a diversified family run farm focused on sustainable agriculture. We have a greenhouse where we use organic practices to produce year-round. We naturally raise a variety of vegetables, among which are spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, beets, jerusalem artichokes, onions, elephant garlic, herbs, peas, green beans, tomatillos, melons, broccoli, squash, zucchini, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and much more. We sell directly from the farm, at local organic grocery stores, Farmers Market of the Ozarks, and our CSA. Curtis Millsap is the primary farmer, but we also host a constantly changing cast of Apprentices, Interns, WWOOFer's, and volunteers. We enjoy teaching others what we know, and feel that this is an important part of sustainable agriculture. We also welcome farm tours, call for times; we offer regular free tour days, and we also have field days and on farm workshops . The newest aspect of our operation is our Thursday night community wood-fired pizza nights. During late spring through early fall we have field-to-table pizzas prepared right here and it provides the whole family with an amazingly fun experience on the farm.
