Our custom blend of sweet dried tomatoes and chipotle heat. We've taken our farm-grown chipotles and our Principe Borghese sun-dried tomatoes and combined then into a rich, flavorful powder. The result has plenty of rich, tomato flavor with a bit of smoky heat at the end. Ming Mix is a great addition when you want a little zing in your mayo or cream cheese, dressings or sauces, eggs or casseroles.
