MISTY BROOK FARM offers organic raw cow's milk, beef, veal, pork, eggs, chicken, and vegetables. The farm is certified by Baystate Organic Certifiers. We are a traditional mixed farm located in Central Mass. on the east side of the Quabbin Reservoir. Our crops are grown in a rotation, and our animals are rotationally grazed. Our dairy cows, beefers, and veal calves are 100% grass-fed. They graze from May through October and eat hay in the winter months. Pigs are used to clear land and are raised on organic grains, milk/whey, and vegetables. Poultry are fed organic grains and what they find free-ranging. We grow a wide range of vegetables including carrots, tomatoes, pumpkins, and potatoes.
