My name is Mark Marchese (mar-k-zee). My partner and I, Margie Ellsworth are in the process of transitioning Tom Coopers Nuthouse, a 30 year old macadamia nut growing and processing company in Fallbrook California into a naturally grown organic farm that is a family operated, grass roots and sustainable. As are residents of Fallbrook we have have approximately 18 macadamia nut trees, 30 avocados, pears, apples peaches, plums, white sapotes, large vegetable gardens, free range chickens and 8 or 10 chirimoya trees. We had Tom process our nuts for many years and have had the opportunity to learn much of the business and art of macadamia nut growing from one of California's premier authorities on the science.
