At MONDJACK APIARIES our honeybees have been gathering nectar from the local wild flowers in the Lehigh Valley since 1980 and since that time they've been turning it into the most delicious Wild Flower Honey you can imagine. It is because of the freedom given to our honeybees to gather nectar from the plants of their choice that our honey varies slightly in color and flavor throughout the season, from light in color (that of Locust trees, Clover, Alfalfa & Bush Honeysuckle) to light amber & amber in color, (from Linden & Tulip Poplar trees) all embody a natural delicate flavor that will delight your taste buds! This past year (2011) we had a very nice crop of Honey harvested in the fall.
