Founded in 1976, the Monterey Bay Certified Farmers Markets are the oldest and largest farmers markets on the Central Coast with four market locations: Aptos, two in Monterey, and Carmel. Each has its own style that reflects its community. Two out of the four markets operate year round.

With over 80 growers and vendors, the Monterey Bay Certified Farmers Markets offer an unsurpassed selection of farm fresh produce and eggs, fresh seafood, organic meat, local honey, freshly baked pastries and breads, flowers, potted plants, seedlings, orchids, artisan products, award winning pottery and weekly entertainment!

We're a "certified" organization, meaning our farmers are certified with the state and sell only products they grow themselves. To support the communities in which we operate, we donate up to 3 spaces per month to local non-profits.
