With a daughter now married to an Icelandic native, we have been re-introduced to the joy of succulent lamb. Though Icelanders do not typically use mint to accompany their meats, we know that Americans do so we created this mint jelly from our organic garden.
Though mint jelly has been traditionally used as a condiment for mutton, mint is re-emerging on the culinary scene in drinks and desserts. Mixed with chocolate, mint jelly serves to liven up your after meal-treats.
Ingredients: Fresh-brewed organic mint stock, lemon, sugar, pectin.
