If you have never tasted morels, you are missing one of the most delicious treats nature has to offer! They capture the earthy, yet delicate flavors and aromas of the forest. A fabulous centerpiece for a meal, or to accompany venison or other fine meats.
Southern Indiana morels will emerge in our forests in late March, and we will make them available to our Local Harvest customers through April, possibly into May.
