This is about the only safe tea that I would recommend for morning sickness

This tea is for morning sickness during the first stages of pregnancy. It is not the same as my pregnancy tea which is taken after the first three months of pregnancy and is used to prevent miscarriages of healthy fetuses.
The first three months of the pregnancy are the most crucial in the formation of the baby. A lot of things start to happen inside the mother when she first becomes pregnant and the different changes call for different means for the mother's body to nourish this growing baby.
My morning sickness tea ,which is made up of red raspberry leaves , spearmint, nettle leaf and alfalfa has anti-abortive and anti-spasmodic and anti- nauseate properties. They help in bowel elimination, digestive aid, increasing the oxygen supply to the blood.
I know that there are those that list quite a few herbs that one with morning sickness can take, but, personally, I wouldn't chance it. The fewer herbs, the better. These herbs have been used for centuries with success. That is not necessarily the case with other herbs.
available as convenient tea bags or as loose herb tea

For the most part unless mentioned otherwise, each tea bag will make 2 to 3 cups of tea; If loose herb tea, two ounces will make about 23 cups of tea . One ounce of just an herb is about a sandwich bag, and sometimes a little more. If it is a root herb such as burdock root it is heavier, thus an ounce would be about a quarter of a sandwich bag. Comfrey, plantain and nettle leaves would be in a quart size bag.
