We've been raising organic, grass fed cattle for over 100 years. Our herd has been closed (except for the introduction of bulls) since its inception in the late 1800's. We use holistic agricultural practices to optimize the health and productivity of our land, cattle, and water. Our Certified Organic beef is 100% grass fed and is never fattened, or finished, on grain. By combining certified organic and free-range, grass fed practices, we create a superior quality beef which research suggests may reduce the risk of a number of diseases.
