We can Colorado fruits and vegetables. There are no artificial preservatives, colors, or additives in our food. Check us out for small or large quantities of sauerkraut, bread and butter pickle, dill pickles, and horseradish. One hundred percent of our produce to create our products come from local farmers along the Colorado front range. These farms inlude Sakata Farms in Brighton, Villano Brothers in Fort Lupton, Jay Hill Farm in Boulder, Palizzi Farms in Brighton, Isabell Farms in Lafayette, and our sugar is grown by many differenet farms in Colorado and refined at the Great Western Sugar Coop in Fort Morgan Colorado. We not only can food but support education by doing tours and short classes for school groups at our kitchen for free and coming this year the CSU Extension Service will be doing hands on canning courses in our kitchen.
