Mountain View Farm Products, LLC is a small family owned and operated dairy farm in Fairfield, VA. We are currently milking around 120 holstein and holstein/jersey cross cows year round with calving occuring in the spring and fall. We make and sell 6 different farmstead cheeses (cheeses made with our milk on our farm) and add flavorings to some cheese for more variety. We also sell USDA inspected beef raised on our farm-whole, halves, or individual cuts. Mountain View Farm Products are currently sold at Lexington Farmer's market, Staunton Farmer's Market, Healthy Foods Coop and from our farm.
