Cindy and Rod strive to produce the highest quality, naturally grown fruits and vegetables using only organic methods. We are certified beekeepers and use a non-chemical approach in tending our hives. Our chickens are allowed free access to the world outside of the henhouse evidenced by the wonderful orange yolks. We have a mixed-breed flock so the egg colors range from pure white to several shades of brown with some green and khaki thrown in for good measure! Our value-added products such as jams and jellies are made with only organic fruit and/or wild berries. Winter greens are available from our unheated hoop-house.
